Returns

You can return new and unused items in their original packaging within 45 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must have been purchased directly from Astral. If you purchased our products through another retailer, we ask that you please process a return through that specific retailer.

Returns must be received in new and unused condition with all original packaging, and all returns are subject to inspection by our team. Once your return has been received and accepted, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Please note that any returns received at our warehouse that are not in new and unused condition will be sent back.

Return processing typically takes 7-10 business days after the package is delivered to our warehouse.  During peak times (holidays, etc.) it can take longer than normal to process.  Once completed, it may take your bank an additional 2-7 business days to post the refund to your account.

To initiate the returns process, please fill out the form below and we will email you instructions on how to send us your product. We also encourage you to make note of and keep the tracking number for your return.

EXCHANGES

 

The best way to make an exchange is return your item and place a new order.

 

  1. You will receive an email from us with instructions on how to send us your return item. Follow the steps to return your item. You will be refunded after your return is received and processed at our warehouse.
  2. Go to the website and order the product you would like. You will be charged for the new item at the time of the order.

You are welcome to wait until your return has been processed and credited before making the replacement purchase if that is more convenient. Keep in mind, inventory moves quickly, especially during holidays and sale times, so we encourage you to re-order sooner rather than later to avoid missing out!
