Did the product you ordered or receive not meet your expectations? Did you get the wrong size? Did you accidentally order the wrong color? NO PROBLEM. You can return unused items in their original packaging for a refund. We ask that all items be kept in new condition with tags attached.  Please fill out the form below and we will send you instructions on how to return your product to us. 

Once your package has been received and inspected by our friendly warehouse team, we will issue a refund to the credit card with which you paid.  

Return processing typically takes 7-10 business days after the package is delivered to our warehouse.  During peak times (holidays, etc.) it can take longer than normal to process.  Once completed, it may take your bank an additional 2-7 business days to post the refund to your account.

The easiest and fastest way to handle this is in two steps: returning and re-ordering.

1. Please fill out the returns form to start the return process.

2. Follow the steps in the email you received from weborders@astraldesigns.com to return your product. We’ll gladly refund your money when we have processed your product after it arrives.

3. Go to the website and order the product you would like.

You will be charged for the new item at the time of the order and refunded after your return is received and processed.
You are welcome to wait until your return has been processed and credited before making the replacement purchase if that is more convenient. Keep in mind, inventory moves quickly, especially during holidays and sale times, so we encourage you to re-order sooner rather than later to avoid missing out!
