General Summary:
Assist the accounting department by performing invoicing and Accounts Receivable tasks, Accounts Payable, Inventory administration, clerical/ administrative functions. The job is in a vibrant and upbeat office environment with outdoor minded coworkers.  

Essential Job Functions include, but not limited to:

  • Invoicing 
  • Accounts Receivable, including collections
  • Data entry
  • Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary
  • Record cash receipts and make bank deposits
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
  • Communicate with service dept, sales reps, and dealer network regarding payment details, as needed

Other job functions:

  • General office assistance by way of  filing and organizing
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Assist  (with all other staff) in unloading incoming shipments
  • Occasionally ,you may be required to help with inventory counts or other warehouse tasks

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor within a flexible and busy work environment
  • Ability to lift and move large boxes weighing about 25 lbs.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate should have prior accounting/bookkeeping experience or knowledge
  • Must be familiar with MS Office, primarily Excel
  • Experience with QuickBooks a plus
  • Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
  • Accounts Receivable experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Friendly, helpful, organized, detailed personality
  • Must be able to stay focused in an open and sometimes distracting work environment

In 2012 we started making footwear because sandals are awkward, neoprene booties are toxic, and there was no river shoe with adequate grip, let alone good looks. Our approach to footwear proved successful and now people everywhere love our light, high performance kicks that have crazy grip and can play in water.

Our reason for being is to make gear that elevates human’s experience in Nature, consciously made to preserve pristine soil and clean water. To maintain this focus, we remain independently owned and operated.
